Food
You understand, accept, and take full responsibility for the following: The Recipe in a Bag you have purchased from Sous Chef 2 Go contains uncooked food which requires refrigeration. You recognize that in order to prevent spoilage you must refrigerate your Recipe in a Bag within 15 minutes of leaving our store and or delivery. If you cannot have your bag refrigerated within 15 minutes we recommend that you bring a cooler with ice to ensure freshness and to limit the possibility of spoilage. Orders that are not picked up within four (4) hours of agreed upon pick-up time may incur a $2.00 storage fee. Orders not picked up within 24 hours will be disposed of, the customer will be charged the full amount of the recipe and any replacement will be at the customer’s expense.

Your own recipes
You understand, accept and take full responsibility for the following statement. Sous Chef 2 Go is not responsible for the outcome of your own recipe in any way. 

Renting Cookware
You understand, accept and take full responsibility for the following statements. Rentals are for a 24- hour period, if you do not return any rented items within 48 hours we will charge your credit card the daily rate. After the 5th charge, we will bill your credit card for the remaining of the cost of the item.  The surgical cookware contains a valve that releases steam when cooking, this steam is hot and can burn hands or other body parts. Dutch ovens become very hot everywhere including the knob and handles, when cooking and handling these pans always use oven gloves. In addition, they are very heavy and need to be handle with care as they can drop and cause harm to you and your kitchen counter and floors. If you break or burn one of our cookware please bring them back and we will only charge your credit card a third of the cost of the pan. 

Delivery
You understand, accept and take full responsibility for the following statements. We will deliver to your home or office and if no one is present, we will attempt a second delivery of your “Recipe in a bag”.  If we have to attempt a third delivery, you will be charged an additional delivery charge. For your convenience, you may request to have your order left at your door in our ice-packed bag.  Sous Chef 2 Go is not responsible for bags stolen when left unattended. You are responsible that the bag is secured and refrigerated.  The ice-packed bags are the property of Sous Chef 2 Go and will have to be returned within 48- hour period, if they are not returned we will charge your credit card the cost of the bag.

Food and Wine Return Policy
You understand, accept and take full responsibility for the following statements. Customer satisfaction is the number one priority at Sous Chef 2 Go, Inc. If you encounter an instance where we did not meet your expectations, please contact us at improving@souschef2go.com . For our own recipe bags, if you are not completely satisfied with your “Recipe in a Bag”, we will gladly apply 50% discount towards the purchase of another bag of equal value. These refunds are limited to one time per customer. Dissatisfaction with other recipes, such as the ones provided by you, are not entitled to any refund. All wine purchases are at the buyer’s risk. Any request for a return or refund will be addressed on a per order basis and depending on our review, may not be replaced or refunded. You are fully responsible for overheated or frozen wines. If the incorrect bottle was delivered, it is the responsibility of Sous Chef 2 Go, Inc. to arrange for pick-up and to apply the appropriate credit.
